Even though the personal data I collect from you is limited I have created a privacy policy so you can see what data I collect from you, how I use it and store it.

What type of information do I collect?

I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website when you request a call back, or provide to me in any other way.

How do I collect information?

When you request a call back on my website, as part of the process, I collect personal information you give including your name, email address and phone number.

Why do I collect such personal information?

I collect your name, email address and phone number so I can provide my services, initially in the form of contacting you to arrange a quotation visit and subsequently to schedule in work.

How do I store, use, share and disclose your personal information?

My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to advertise my business. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. I also store all estimates and invoices that I create on my computer, which is password protected, and backed up. The personal information contained in these documents include your name, address, email address and phone number.

How do I communicate with you?

I will contact you using the contact details you give me to provide the service you have requested. This will include arranging appointments and sending you correspondence such as quotations and invoices. I do not carry out any direct marketing.

How do I use cookies and other tracking tools?

I use Google Analytics as a tracking tool on my website. This provides basic data showing the number of visits to my website and clicks on pages. It does not give me any personal data about you. I do not use cookies.

How can you withdraw your consent for me to use your personal data?

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on my website.
